Dispatch fee

Per completed RGI-dispatched load. The equipment’s dispatch percentage applies to completed loads secured through RGI.

The broker or factoring company pays the carrier; RGI invoices separately.

• Invoices are sent on Friday
• Payment is due Monday

Under the billing arrangements confirmed before work starts.

With your authorization, RGI may:

• Speak to brokers in your name
• Negotiate and coordinate loads
• Help build working relationships

Each load is subject to your approval.

Work with one dispatcher per truck unless otherwise discussed.

You run your business and remain responsible for operating safely and meeting applicable requirements.
