Dry van, flatbed, and reefer dispatch are 5%; hotshot is 7%; box truck is 8% per completed RGI-dispatched load. The signed agreement defines the billing basis and payment schedule.

No. We present the rate, mileage, schedule, and load details. You decide whether the load works for your operation.

No. Freight, rates, broker acceptance, and reloads depend on market conditions and your setup. We plan around your goals and discuss what is realistic before you commit.

Have your MC authority letter, W-9, certificate of insurance, and factoring notice of assignment or voided check ready. First submit your carrier details; RGI will arrange the document and agreement step directly. Do not include tax or bank details in the inquiry form.

The broker or your factoring company pays you for the load. RGI invoices separately for dispatch services under the agreed schedule.

Length alone does not determine CDL requirements. The relevant weight ratings, actual weights, cargo, and state licensing rules matter. Review our CDL and non-CDL guides and verify the exact combination before buying or operating it.

Yes. Share your equipment, location, availability, and preferred lanes. Requesting a plan does not sign an agreement or book a load.
