This website provides information about RGI Dispatch LLC and lets carriers request contact. Submitting a form does not establish a dispatch agreement, book a load, or authorize RGI to act for your company. Services begin under a separate agreement.

You are responsible for providing accurate carrier and equipment information, maintaining appropriate authority and insurance, and complying with the requirements for your operation. You retain the decision to accept or decline loads.

Published dispatch percentages describe the current offer. The signed agreement controls the billing basis, scope, schedule, and any other terms. Freight availability, rates, broker acceptance, dedicated lanes, and income are not guaranteed.
