1. Services

RGI-Dispatch provides professional truck dispatch services including load booking, rate negotiation, broker communication, route planning, paperwork handling, and ongoing support.

We operate strictly as a dispatcher — not a freight broker or motor carrier.

2. Independent Contractor

RGI-Dispatch acts as an independent dispatcher.

• We do not own trucks or transport freight
• We do not assume cargo liability
• The carrier is fully responsible for operations, insurance, compliance, and safety

3. Payment Terms

Our pricing is performance-based and agreed before service begins.

• Fees are a percentage of the load rate
• Payment must be made as agreed
• Late payments may result in service suspension

4. Client Responsibilities

• Active MC/DOT authority
• Valid insurance coverage
• Accurate information
• Compliance with all transportation laws

Failure to meet these requirements may result in service termination.

5. Limitation of Liability

RGI-Dispatch is not responsible for cargo loss, delays, broker disputes, breakdowns, accidents, or violations.

We provide coordination services only.

6. SMS Communication

By providing your number, you agree to receive dispatch updates, notifications, and reminders.

You can opt out anytime by replying STOP. Message rates may apply.

7. Intellectual Property

All website content including branding, text, and design belongs to RGI-Dispatch and cannot be copied without permission.

8. Confidentiality

All client information and documents are kept confidential and used only for dispatch purposes.

9. Termination

Either party can terminate services at any time. We may terminate immediately if terms are violated or payments are not made.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of services means you accept the updated terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States.
