  • Paperwork coordination

  • Ongoing dispatch support

We act as a dispatcher only. We are not a freight broker or motor carrier.

2. Independent Contractor Relationship

RGI-Dispatch operates as an independent dispatcher.

  • We do not own trucks.

  • We do not transport freight.

  • We do not assume liability for cargo.

The motor carrier (client) remains fully responsible for:

  • Freight handling

  • Insurance coverage

  • Compliance with FMCSA regulations

  • Driver conduct

  • Safety and delivery performance

3. Payment Terms

Our pricing is performance-based and agreed upon before service begins.

  • Fees are typically a percentage of the gross load rate.

  • Payment is due as agreed in the service agreement.

  • Late payments may result in service suspension.

RGI-Dispatch reserves the right to stop providing services if payment terms are not met.

4. Client Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree that:

  • You hold active operating authority (MC/DOT).

  • You maintain valid insurance coverage.

  • You provide accurate and truthful information.

  • You comply with all federal and state transportation laws.

Failure to meet these requirements may result in immediate termination of services.

5. Limitation of Liability

RGI-Dispatch is not responsible for:

  • Cargo damage or loss

  • Delivery delays

  • Broker payment disputes

  • Rate confirmations issued by brokers

  • Mechanical breakdowns

  • Accidents or violations

We provide coordination services only.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RGI-Dispatch shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

6. SMS & Electronic Communications

By submitting your phone number or checking the SMS consent box on our website, you agree to receive text messages related to:

  • Dispatch updates

  • Service notifications

  • Appointment reminders

  • Account updates
