How Our Pricing Works
We operate on a performance-based model:
- Flat 7% dispatch fee per load
- No upfront fees
- No weekly fixed charges
- No long-term contracts
We only get paid when you’re running and generating revenue.
How Payments Work
When we book a load (example: $800):
- The broker or factoring company pays you directly
- We do not receive or hold your payment
- We do not deduct anything from your load
You receive 100% of the load payment first.
How We Get Paid
- After load completion we send an invoice for our 7% fee
- You pay us directly
Simple structure:
You get paid → We send invoice → You pay 7%
Example Breakdown
Let’s say a load is booked for $800:
- Load Rate: $800
- Dispatch Fee (7%): $56
- Your Net: $744
You receive the full $800 first, then pay $56 based on our invoice.

No Load = No Charge
If your truck is not running, you don’t pay anything.

Refund Policy
Eligible for Refund
- Duplicate or accidental payments
- Billing errors from our side
- Incorrect charges
Not Eligible for Refund
- Completed and delivered loads
- Loads approved but not run
- Issues caused by brokers, shippers, or receivers
We review all cases fairly and aim for a reasonable solution.
